This Venue Hire Agreement has been written to cover a wide variety of venues suited to an equally wide variety of events and functions. Detailed provisions govern key factors such as the customer’s use of the venue, the use of associated equipment and personnel, health and safety, and the conduct and order of guests.
It is important to note that this template is designed for use with business events and functions. Its terms are not suitable for private functions such as wedding parties. A specific agreement has been written to cater for such events.
