This Catering Agreement (Medium - Large Functions) (B2B) is designed for use where a catering business provides services to a customer who is a person, company or organisation purchasing the services wholly or mainly for purposes of any trade, business, craft or profession. There is also an accompanying form of agreement, the Catering Agreement (Medium - Large Functions) (B2C) designed for use where the customer is a consumer, i.e. an individual purchasing those services for purposes wholly or mainly outside any trade, business, craft or profession of that individual.
This template is designed to apply where the caterer supplies the catering itself and gives its customer the option of hired staff such as waiters to assist at their functions. A simpler version of this template agreement which does not contain such provisions is also available.
