CHF – SR01 Apply to remove residential address from the Companies House register

Form SR01 is the form prescribed by Companies House for an individual to apply to the registrar under section 1088 of the Companies Act 2006 to remove a home address from the public register.

From 27th January 2025, an application can be made to suppress a residential address that has previously been used as a company’s registered office address. 

This form may be used by an individual who is (or was) a:

• company officer
• person with significant control (PSC)
• subscriber or member of a company
• officer or permanent representative of an overseas company.

A fee of £30 must be paid for each document containing a residential address to be suppressed before sending form SR01 to Companies House.
