Response to Request to Inspect PSC Register Held at Companies House
Company’s Response to Right to Inspect Letter (PSC Register at CH)
Where a company holds its PSC register on the central register at Companies House and subsequently receives a request to confirm that its PSC register is up to date, it must respond to such a request and it is an offence not to do so.
This Company’s Response to Right to Inspect Letter template can be used by a company to confirm that all the information required to be delivered to the registrar has been delivered and that its PSC Register is up to date and no information is missing.
