Statutory Notice to PSCs (Individuals)
This Statutory Notice to PSC (Individuals) is the type of notice that a company must give to an individual who it knows (or has reasonable cause to believe) is a registrable person under section 790D of the Companies Act 2006.
Companies must only put confirmed information on their PSC register and therefore they must take reasonable steps to find out if there is anyone who is a PSC and identify them and their registrable interest.
This letter gives notice to the PSC to confirm their status as well as state their registrable interest within one month of the date of the letter.
