Statutory Notice Regarding Relevant Change (PSCs) 
This Statutory Notice of Relevant Change relates to the circumstances where a company knows (or has reasonable cause to believe) that a relevant change has occurred to the particulars of a PSC as stated in the company’s PSC Register held at Companies House (section 790E Companies Act 2006).
Companies must only send confirmed information to Companies House and have a duty to keep information about their PSCs up to date and find out about any changes in PSC information. Therefore if a company knows (or has reasonable cause to believe) that a relevant change has occurred, the company must take reasonable steps to verify that change. A relevant change occurs if the PSC's particulars change so that the details on the register at Companies House are then incorrect or incomplete.
This letter gives notice to the PSC to confirm their current status as well as state their current details and registrable interest within one month of the date of the letter.
A company is not required to give notice if it has already been informed of the relevant change and the information was provided by the PSC or with his/her knowledge.
The company must give the notice as soon as reasonably practicable after the company becomes subject to the duty to give a notice (i.e. when the company becomes aware of the potential change in details) and in any event before the end of the period of 14 days beginning with the day on which the company becomes subject to the duty under section 790E of the Companies Act 2006.
