Statutory Notice to a Relevant Legal Entity
This Statutory Notice to a Relevant Legal Entity (RLE) is the type of notice that a company must give to a relevant legal entity which it knows (or has reasonable cause to believe) is registrable under section 790D of the Companies Act 2006.
Companies must take reasonable steps to find out if there are any RLEs and identify them and their registrable interest.
This letter gives notice to the RLE to confirm their status as well as state their registrable interest within one month of the date of the letter.
A form of this notice is also freely available from the www.gov.uk website.
