Staff Performance Appraisal Form: Guidance Notes For Appraisee
The staff appraisal process should not be seen as a means of solely
checking "productivity". It should be used to identify strengths and
weaknesses of staff, training needs and aspirations, and achievable targets
as an integral part of staff management and motivation.
The Appraisal form is divided into two parts, each with Guidance Notes.
Part I should be completed by the Appraisee. These Notes explain the
scoring system and what is expected from the Appraisee in each of the
