Guidance on Commercial Landlords’ GDPR Obligations

GDPR Guidance Notes for Commercial Landlords

These GDPR Guidance Notes for Commercial Landlords are designed to help landlords to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation – the GDPR – which came into force on 25 May 2018.

The GDPR significantly modernises data protection law, taking into account significant new developments in technology and new uses of personal data that did not exist when the Data Protection Act 1998 was written.

These Guidance Notes are designed to be used alongside our GDPR templates for commercial property landlords.
