This Shift Work Employment Contract is designed for businesses that operate shift patterns, including where staffing is needed across 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Use this contract to set out shift working terms from day one

Employers must provide workers and employees with a written statement of their main terms and conditions of employment, often known as a Standard Form Section One Statement.

This Employment Contract covers those requirements and must be provided to the employee or worker by day one of employment.

This contract allows for flexibility and alteration of shift work patterns, with space left for the specific details of the shift arrangements to be inserted to reflect the needs of the business.
