Employers must provide workers and employees with a written statement of their main terms and conditions of employment and this is often known as a Standard Form Section One Statement.

This Apprenticeship Agreement covers the requirements of a Standard Form Section One Statement. This contract complies with these requirements and must be provided to the employee or worker by day one of employment.

This Apprenticeship Agreement is for use in respect of an apprentice in Wales, or for an apprentice in England under an apprenticeship framework which has not yet been replaced by an approved apprenticeship standard.

The Apprenticeship Agreement includes optional clauses which can be used for apprentices under the age of 18.
