Employers must provide workers and employees with a written statement of their main terms and conditions of employment, often known as a Standard Form Section One Statement. This Apprenticeship Agreement covers those requirements and must be provided by day one of employment.
Use this agreement for apprentices in Wales or on older apprenticeship frameworks in England
This Apprenticeship Agreement is for use where the apprentice is based in Wales, or where the apprentice is based in England and is undertaking an apprenticeship framework that has not yet been replaced by an approved apprenticeship standard.
Optional wording for apprentices under 18
The agreement includes optional clauses that can be used for apprentices under the age of 18.
