This Flexible Working Policy is designed to help ensure that Employers
comply with the obligations imposed on them by law, in respect of their
employee’s right to ask for flexible working hours.
The policy is fully up to date with legislation that grants the right to
apply to work flexibly to all employees with a minimum of 26 weeks’
service. Employers are required to handle requests to work flexibly in a
‘reasonable manner’.
