This "without prejudice" letter confirms acceptance of an offer to settle an outstanding debt which is subject to a court claim.

The Settlement of Debt Letter provides for either a full and final settlement, or settlement by an agreed instalment schedule/agreement.

In the case of the latter the claimant may require the agreed instalment arrangement to be documented by the Debt Compromise Agreement. Subject to receipt of the agreed settlement, the claimant confirms that the court will be informed of the discontinuation of the court case.
