This Form N337 Requesting Attachment of Earnings Order is available on the Government website and the relevant page can be reached by clicking here. Form N337 can be used where a claimant has obtained a court order requiring a debtor to pay money and the debt remains unpaid.

Obtaining an attachment of earnings order is one of several means of enforcing a court order. It directs the debtor’s employer to deduct an amount from the debtor’s earnings each pay day and send the money to the claimant.
