Form N349 – County Court Application Form for Third Party Debt Order
This Form N349 Application for Third Party Debt Order can be used where a claimant has obtained a court order requiring a debtor to pay money and the debt remains unpaid.
Obtaining a third party debt order is one of several means of enforcing a court order. It directs a bank (or other person who owes money to the debtor) to pay money directly to the claimant.
