This Form N349 Application for Third Party Debt Order is available on the Government website and the relevant page can be reached by clicking here. Form N349 can be used where a claimant has obtained a court order requiring a debtor to pay money and the debt remains unpaid.
Obtaining a third party debt order is one of several means of enforcing a court order. It directs a bank (or other person who owes money to the debtor) to pay money directly to the claimant.
