N1A - Notes for Claimant relating to Form N1

The Notes for Claimant N1A (relating to Form N1) are available on the Government website and the relevant page can be reached by clicking here. (See also our Free section for this document.) Those Notes are guidance notes that should be read before completing Claim Form N1. The guidance notes follow the order in which information is required on the Form N1.

Having filled out Form N1 print out 3 copies - one copy retained by yourself, one to go to the Court and copies for each defendant (including notes for guidance for the defendant).
