This Internship Policy explains the Company’s approach to offering internships and work shadowing placements.

Work shadowing placements and internships are not precisely defined in law. This Internship Policy offers a working definition of both work shadowing placements and internships as it is important that employers are aware of their legal obligations towards people working for them under either arrangement.
