involved tree surgery including pruning, lopping and stump removal in both
a commercial and domestic situation allows you to assess the risks to your
employees while carrying out this task.

adding to or deleting the control measures that we have suggested. We have
considered the various hazards your employees and anyone else will be
exposed to on a regular basis and have given some control measures that you
may already have in place, along with our suggestions of those you may wish
to implement. These are only our suggestions – you may find that your
particular site or location needs different answers, and these forms allow
you to fill them in as you need.
How to use the Risk Assessment Form
:
We suggest that you print off a copy of the blank risk assessment form
located in this folder and manually write in your findings; the hazards you
have identified and the controls you have and will need. To help you with
this process you may find it useful to read our Guidance Notes - How to do
a Risk Assessment.
Once you have hand-written your site task risk assessment form for tree
