Letter to Members re Location of Directors’ Service Contracts (s.228)
A company must keep available for inspection a copy of every director’s service contract with the company (or written memorandum if the contract is not in writing) (s.228 Companies Act 2006).
This contrasts with an ordinary employee’s contract of employment, which is kept on the personnel file of a company and is confidential.
