This document regulates the relationship between the agency and those work-seekers or candidates wishing to use its services to find full-time, permanent positions. An agency will also need to use terms governing the relationship between itself and clients (employers) such as the terms here.

It is important to note that an “employment agency” introduces candidates to client employers for direct employment by those clients. Such appointments are generally known as “permanent recruitment” or simply “employment”. These terms of business are designed for such situations.
