This Statutory Notice to a Relevant Legal Entity (RLE) in relation to a LLP is the type of notice that a LLP must give to a relevant legal entity which it knows (or has reasonable cause to believe) is registrable under section 790D of the Companies Act 2006.
LLPs must take reasonable steps to find out if there are any RLEs and identify them and their registrable interest.
This letter gives notice to the RLE to confirm their status as well as state their registrable interest within one month of the date of the letter.
