Withdrawal of Restrictions Notice Relating to PSC Register (LLP)
Once a restrictions notice is in place, the LLP must lift restrictions if:
• the PSC or RLE provides the information requested;
• the PSC or RLE provides a valid reason for not complying that the LLP is satisfied with;
• the LLP discovers that the restriction is unfairly affecting the rights of a third party; or
• a court orders it.
This Withdrawal of Restrictions Notice relating to PSC Register (LLP) therefore informs the PSC or RLE that the restrictions have been lifted. This notice must be issued before the end of 14 days beginning with the day on which the LLP became required to withdraw the restrictions notice. Restrictions are lifted on the day this notice is issued. The LLP must note on its register that restrictions have been lifted.
