Statutory Notice regarding Relevant Change of RLE Particulars (LLP) 
This Statutory Notice of Relevant Change relates to the circumstances where an LLP knows (or has reasonable cause to believe) that a relevant change has occurred to the particulars of a RLE as stated in the LLP’s PSC Register held at Companies House (s.790E Companies Act 2006).
LLPs must only send confirmed information to Companies House and have a duty to keep information about their PSCs up to date and find out about any changes in PSC information. Therefore if an LLP knows (or has reasonable cause to believe) that a relevant change has occurred, the LLP must take reasonable steps to verify that change. A relevant change occurs if the RLE's particulars (as set out in section 790K Companies Act 2006) change, so that the details on the register at Companies House are then incorrect or incomplete.
This letter gives notice to the RLE to confirm their current status as well as state their current details and registrable interest within one month of the date of the letter.
An LLP is not required to give notice if it has already been informed of the relevant change and the information was provided by the RLE or with its knowledge.
The LLP must give the notice as soon as reasonably practicable after it becomes subject to the duty to give notice (i.e. when the LLP becomes aware of the potential change in details) and in any event before the end of the period of 14 days beginning with the day on which the company becomes subject to the duty under section 790E of the Companies Act 2006.
