CHF - LL PSC01 – Notice of Individual Person with Significant Control (LLP)

Companies House Form LL PSC01 should be used to notify Companies House of an individual person with significant control of a LLP.

As of 26th June 2017, companies and LLPs need to provide the information on their register to Companies House within 14 days of making a change to their own register. This information is no longer provided annually to Companies House via the confirmation statement (LL CS01). LLPs must enter new information on their own register within 14 days of becoming aware of any change and provide the updated information to Companies House within a further 14 days.

Information on a LLP’s register and the PSC register at Companies House must be kept up to date.

This form should not be used if an individual PSC is applying or has applied for protection from having their details disclosed on the public register.
