This Pro-Forma Letter of Assent is a letter of response from a member addressed to the company that can be included with the notice that is sent by the company to its members of the company’s intention to elect to keep its register of members at Companies House.

As the members must assent to the making of the election by the company to hold its register of members at Companies House, this reply slip will encourage and assist the individual members in responding as promptly as possible to the company.
