IN LIGHT OF THE ECONOMIC CRIME & CORPORATE TRANSPARENCY ACT 2023, THIS TEMPLATE IS CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW.
From 30th June 2016, private companies only may elect to keep a number of their statutory registers on the central registry at Companies House rather than at their registered office. This includes a company’s register of members.
Any company proposing to make this election must have received confirmation from all members of the company that they assent to the making of the election. Only if all members assent to the election can the company go ahead with making the election.
