This Example of HMO Tenant Fire Safety Information to be Provided to Tenant is an example of the type of provisions which may appear in fire safety information instructions, and which should be attached to the Letter to Tenant Providing Fire Safety Instructions & Fire Door Instructions (England).

The example can be used to help assessors get started when putting together fire safety information for tenants to meet the requirements of Regulation 9 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022.

This worked example is based on a small two storey property with four lettable units sharing common fire escape routes.
