CHF - CS01 – Confirmation Statement

From 30th June 2016 companies are no longer required to submit an annual return. Instead companies are required to use Companies House Form CS01 to confirm (and update) similar information at any time during a 12-month period. It is a criminal offence not to do this and the company and its officers may be prosecuted for failure to file a confirmation statement within the specified time period.

This document comes in several parts and is in PDF format. 

There are currently two versions of the confirmation statement. One if your confirmation date is 4 March 2024 or earlier and can be accessed here. The other if your confirmation date is 5 March 2024 or later, in order to take into account the changes made under the Economic Crime & Corporate Transparency Act 2023 and can be accessed here.
