A Register of Location for ACMs must be kept up to date and made available to anyone liable to work on any of the locations of ACMs or disturb the ACMs. If asbestos exists in the building contractors and building maintenance workers must be informed of where the ACMs (presumed or identified) are located, their condition and the potential risks to their health.
This Register should be made available to all contractors. It should be up-dated according to any progress made and recorded on the relevant Asbestos (ACM) Assessment & Plan.
This Asbestos Register of Location for ACMs template is in fixed field format and contains macros. All macros are virus free. Always click "enable" if an automatic pop-up appears.
