Controlled Asbestos (ACM) Disposal Note

This template is intended to record details of asbestos waste disposal. Asbestos waste must be packaged and labelled appropriately, transported by a registered waste carrier and taken to a facility authorised to accept it. The consignment documentation must meet the requirements applying to the waste and its place of origin.

Waste requirements differ between England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. In Scotland, the Special Waste Regulations 1996, as amended, govern special waste.

This template is in fixed field format and contains macros. All macros are virus free. Always click "enable" if an automatic pop-up appears.
