Referral Partner Agreement

It is common for e-commerce websites to enter into agreements with other
websites for the establishment of links through which customers are
referred in exchange for a commission on sales generated through such
referrals. This Referral Partner Agreement is designed to establish and
regulate such a relationship.
This document works in a very similar fashion to the affiliate agreements
and related terms and conditions also available from Simply-docs, however
this agreement is marginally simpler and has three key differences:
Only one level of commission is provided for. Under this agreement a
one-off commission is paid to the referral partner. No provision is made
for commission on repeat business.
