This Referral Partner Agreement is designed for use in situations where an e-commerce website wishes to increase sales by allowing other sites to refer customers to them in return for a commission on sales generated through such referrals. The document follows the same structure as the Affiliate Agreements and Affiliate Terms and Conditions. Unlike the Affiliate documents which cater for goods or services, this document caters for both.
The data protection provisions in this document have been updated with reference to the UK GDPR.
Multiple levels of commission are provided for (and can be easily added to), based upon the total number of “completed sales” in a given month.
