Affiliate Programme Agreement (Sale of Goods)
This Affiliate Programme Agreement for the Sale of Goods is designed for use in situations where an e-commerce website wishes to increase sales by allowing other sites to refer customers to them in return for a commission on sales generated through such referrals.
The data protection provisions in this document have been updated with reference to the UK GDPR.
The provisions of this Agreement closely follow the Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions, also available from Simply-Docs, and can be used either in combination with such terms and conditions, or as a standalone contract.
