Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions Template (Sale of Services)

Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions (Sale of Services)Updated

TR.ECOM.03

This set of Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Services is designed for use in situations where an e-commerce website wishes to increase sales by allowing other sites to refer customers to them in return for a commission on sales generated through such referrals.

This template has been updated with a new, simpler format, and includes a new commission structure for referrals, reflecting current best practice. New data protection provisions have also been added which not only cover the GDPR (applicable during the Brexit transition period) but also incorporate wording that extends coverage to include replacement domestic legislation (the “UK GDPR”, for example).

These terms and conditions mirror the Affiliate Agreement, also available from Simply-Docs, and are intended for publication on a website for the viewing of potential affiliates. These terms and conditions are designed to be used as part of the procedure for enrolling in an affiliate programme and for functioning as an affiliate.

Multiple tiers of commission are provided for (and can be easily added to in a table), based upon the total number of “completed sales” in a given month.

This version of the Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions is designed for use in sale of services scenarios. An alternative version is available for situations involving goods.

Optional phrases / clauses are enclosed in square brackets. These should be read carefully and selected so as to be compatible with one another. Unused options should be removed from the document.
