Services is designed for use in situations where an e-commerce website
wishes to increase sales by allowing other sites to refer customers to them
in return for a commission on sales generated through such referrals.
This template has been updated with a new, simpler format, and includes a
new commission structure for referrals, reflecting current best practice.
New data protection provisions have also been added which not only cover
the GDPR (applicable during the Brexit transition period) but also
incorporate wording that extends coverage to include replacement domestic
legislation (the “UK GDPR”, for example).
These terms and conditions mirror the Affiliate Agreement, also available
