Hybrid working is defined as a work pattern which allows employees to divide their time between working in the workplace and working remotely. Hybrid working is designed to offer employees the flexibility of homeworking whilst also maintaining the benefits associated with on-site working. Whilst working remotely, employees maintain the same contractual obligations, such as core working hours.
