This Website Work Order Form has been created for use by web designers when dealing with clients. The form is designed to be completed by a web design client and provides the designer with the information necessary to complete a website project proposal. A Website Work Proposal Checklist is also available.
This order form provides a useful alternative to a full website specification and is ideally suited to small-medium sites built by and / or for small-medium businesses. It should be noted that the corresponding proposal need not be as complex for such sites.
This Web Work Order Form contains two options relating to hosting – either the client or the web designer can secure hosting. An alternative Website Design Work Order Form is also available for cases where the web designer also provides hosting services.
