Final Project Acceptance
This Final Project Acceptance Form has been created for use by web designers in projects where the project has been divided into phases, each of which will be signed off by the client when complete. This form should be used as the final form in the project.

A provision has been incorporated into this form to cater for either the attachment of the relevant deliverables either on physical media, as an email attachment, by reference to a testing URL, or by reference to the final destination hosting server and URL.
