The Guest submits the Booking Form and, once the Owner accepts the booking, the Owner sends a Booking Confirmation. The Booking Form, Booking Confirmation and applicable Terms and Conditions then provide the contractual framework for the holiday booking. 

What Does The Holiday Booking Form Include?

The form provides space to record:

• The name and address of the holiday accommodation;
• The holiday dates and arrival time;
• The Holiday Rental Fee;
• Any mandatory additional charges;
• The Owner's and Guest's contact details;
• The names and numbers of holiday occupiers;

The Booking Form directs the Guest to the applicable Booking Terms and Conditions before the booking is submitted. These Terms should set out important information including payment arrangements, cancellation charges, refunds, use of the accommodation, damage deposit and the rights and responsibilities of the Owner and Guest. 

The Booking Form can be used as a paper form or adapted for an online booking process.  The form is intended to provide a simple and professional way for holiday property owners and operators to collect the information needed to process a booking and to work alongside their Holiday Letting Terms and Conditions and Booking Confirmation.
