Holiday Lettings Agency Terms, Contracts and Forms

The documents in this folder are for use by Holiday Property Lettings Agencies. Many owners of holiday homes do not have the time or specialist knowledge required to manage bookings themselves. Instead they will appoint an agency to market the property, handle bookings and in some cases manage the property on their behalf.

This subfolder contains Terms and Conditions and Appointment Forms which, when used together, create a contract between the Owner and the Agent. There are versions for a “fully managed service”, where the Agent deals with repair and maintenance of the property as well as marketing and bookings, and “marketing and letting only” versions.

There is also a selection of Tenancy Agreements and Online Booking documents for agents to enter into on behalf of Owners.

The Tenancy Agreements are designed to be printed off and signed by the Agent and the holidaymaker. The Online Booking documents can be placed on the Agent’s website or in a brochure. A contract is formed by the holidaymaker submitting a Booking Form and the Agent sending the Confirmation Letter. The relevant set of Terms and Conditions is incorporated in the contract. This will often by a more convenient way of operating than using a hard copy Tenancy Agreement.
