Holiday Booking Confirmation Letter
This Holiday Booking Confirmation Letter can be used by the Owner of holiday accommodation to confirm a booking. It is suitable for holiday houses, cottages, flats, apartments, caravans and other types of property. The Letter should be used in conjunction with the appropriate Terms and Conditions and the Booking Form.
The Confirmation Letter and other documents can be displayed on the Owner’s website or included in a brochure. The Booking Form, Confirmation Letter and Terms and Conditions together form a contract between the Owner and the holidaymaker.
The Booking Form contains property-specific information such as the name and address of the property, the holiday dates and the price. The Terms and Conditions are generic and could apply to any property in the Owner’s portfolio.
The Confirmation Letter is sent once the booking has been accepted and a deposit has been paid. The Letter sets out the key details of the booking, including the date by which the balance of the rent is to be paid. When the Confirmation Letter has been sent, a contract is formed between the Owner and the holidaymaker.
