LLPs like companies are required to file a confirmation statement with Companies House to confirm that its details are up to date.

Note that if you need to make any changes to the LLP’s:

• registered office address;

• single alternative inspection address (SAIL) and LLP records;

• officer appointments; or

• information about people with significant control;

You must do this separately before or at the same time as this confirmation statement.
