LLP Cover Letter to Companies House Regarding Abridging Accounts
When a LLP chooses to abridge all or part of its accounts, it must also deliver to Companies House a statement that all the members have consented to the abridgement. This may be fulfilled by including a note in the filed accounts to state that consent has been received. LLPs may also wish to send a notice to the Registrar at Companies House. This template cover letter to Companies House encloses a copy of the relevant consent which can also be accessed in this subfolder.
This information should be delivered to Companies House as soon as reasonably practicable after the LLP receives the relevant consent.
