Note that this Letter should only be used when the changes relate to a change in employment legislation. If specific details of the employee’s terms and conditions are being changed (e.g. salary, commission, location of work, etc), use the Alteration Letter for Employment Terms and Conditions instead. The Variation of Employment Deed should be used where the principal clauses of the Contract of Employment need to be changed.
