Daily Signing-In Sheet

This Daily Signing-In Sheet is part of the collection of standard documents a small building site can use to aid compliance with all the rules and regulations governing building sites.

CDM 2015 requires you to control who has access to your site even if it is only a small one. You may also want to check the attendance of your staff and the sub-contractors you employ.

When used properly this Daily Signing-In Sheet will allow you to see who is on the site, including any visitors, at any time. You will be able to cross check it with the Building Site Induction Register to make sure that everyone has been inducted onto the site.
