Induction Received Form

This Induction Received Form is part of the collection of induction documents that a small building site can use to make sure that the relevant induction information has been received by employees, contractors and visitors to the building site.

Even if you have a small site, under the terms of CDM 2015 you need to have an induction for everyone on it. This need not be a long or complicated process; you just need to make sure that everyone is aware of basic safety and welfare information.

You should use this Induction Received Form when you have gone through the safety and welfare issues on your site and got those who have attended to sign it. We recommend you use the Building Site Induction Checklist to remind you of the relevant issues.
