Building Site Induction Checklist

This Building Site Induction Checklist can be used for a small building site, to aid compliance with the rules and regulations governing the protection of employees, contractors and visitors on site.

Even if you have a small site, under the requirements of CDM 2015 you need to induct everyone on the site. This need not be a long or complicated process; you just need to make sure that everyone is aware of basic safety and welfare information.

This checklist is a reminder list of things you may need to tell people about when you induct them. This checklist can be used in conjunction with the Induction Received Form, so you can keep an eye on who has been inducted, and ensure that no one has been missed out.
