Notice and Acknowledgement of Assignment

This Notice and Acknowledgement of Assignment is designed to be used alongside our Deed of Assignment of Loan. It is provided here as a standalone template, and it is also included as a schedule within the deed.

What This Template Does

Where a lender assigns its rights under a loan agreement to a new lender, notice of the assignment must be served on the borrower to alert them to the change. Failure to serve notice will mean that a legal assignment is not created.

This template includes a form of notice for the borrower and a form of acknowledgement that the borrower can sign and return to confirm the assignment and recognise the new lender.
