Drawdown Notice

Use this Drawdown Notice where a borrower wants to request an advance under a loan facility. It is the borrower’s formal notice to the lender that it wishes to draw down funds.

The notice includes the practical details needed to make the advance, such as the drawdown date and the account into which the funds should be paid. A loan agreement sets the overall terms of the facility, and a drawdown notice provides a clear mechanism for when and how an advance is requested.
