Service Contract Between Residential Landlord and Handyman
This Service Contract Between Residential Landlord and Handyman provides a framework for a Handyman to provide services on an “as and when” basis to a residential Landlord.
The Contract provides that, whenever the Landlord requires the services of a handyman at one of its residential properties, an Order Form will be submitted to the Handyman.
