Application forms are useful for companies because they guarantee consistency and allow employers to obtain more specific information than is often the case with a CV.

This application form is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

It is considered best practice to exclude such information such as gender and Date of Birth, and dates in relation to previous employment from Job / Employment Application Form(s). Candidates are requested, however, to provide information about material gaps in their employment history.

Job Application Form III is a standard format that includes reference to preferred working arrangements, reference to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

The Job Application Guidance Notes, the Disability Discrimination Guidance Notes and the Equal Opportunities Recruitment Monitoring Form should be sent to the applicant with this form.
