Discrimination

This folder contains information dealing with discrimination in the workplace and related employment law issues. The Equality Act 2010 consolidated much of the law concerning discrimination on the grounds of sex, sexual orientation, race, age, disability and religion or belief.

Immigration and trade union matters are also dealt with in this folder, both being areas which are sometimes associated with issues surrounding discrimination.
